1. Use finger taps, or "hammer ons"
2. Use left hand pizz, or "pull offs"
3. Use 'Finger Smears'
Work in different positions on every string, and do enough reps that you are tired but not sore. Do reps as a warm up at the beginning of your session, or at push yourself to be tired at the end to really get strength building benefits.
