Описание: India is a country of over a 1.2billion inhabitants aspiring to be the Vishwaguru of the entire world. Although its economy is growing, poverty is still a significant challenge. It has around 84 million people living in extreme poverty, which makes up nearly 6% of its total population as of May 2021. Naya Savera Foundation's vision is to elevate such people out of poverty. This vision can only be realized if the young generation of this great nation is well educated. Due to acute poverty, many parents cannot feed their kids even once a day. All other essential matters, including education, are forgotten when the stomach is empty. A malnourished person can’t tap into the full potential of their brain, which diminishes the capacity of a person to be an influential contributor in society.
Naya Savera Foundation provides freshly-cooked Mid-Day Nutritional meals to its students to motivate them to come to school and participate in the formal education system. The objective of the Midday meal is to improve the nutritional status of children encourages children to attend school regularly. The nutritious meal served in school brings a big smile and positive change in the life of the students.

With the mission to eradicate the curse of hunger among children, OneStepForward is raising funds for Naya Savera Foundation to ensure that foundation students get adequate nutrition every day. To accomplish our mission of unlocking the true potential of Indian youth, I urge my fellow Indians who can afford one meal a day for a Child, which will cost INR 25/- per day, to come forward and join us in this noble cause.
