In Part 1, the series examined the murder of Joe DeRose Jr., including the Task Force's investigation into Sam Fossesca and admitted co-conspirators Charles Treharn & Ed Farris.

Now, in Part 2, a deep dive into the murder of Dominic Senzarino and an internal rift between the Carabbia brothers, who represented the Cleveland crime family in Youngstown. The Task Force's investigation into the DeRose murder ended up leading to the killer in this case.

Coming up in Part 3, the Task Force believes they solved the cold case murder of Youngstown mob associate, John Magda, who was found dead in a local dumpsite, with his head wrapped up like a mummy.
