After rebuild, we test the crushers on our dedicated test stand before we return the unit to the client. This is to prevent a startup failure on site. In our experience, if a crusher fails at startup it will tend to do so within the first 30 minutes. We run the crusher for two hours under no load, which allows the crusher to run at a stable temperature. We record the temperature, along with several other data, like vibration and flow volume, which assures that we return a quality rebuild to the client.
