There is a LOT of noise out there on what actually helps people recover from chronic dizziness. You may already have a symptom-based diagnosis that you were given because nothing medical explains your symptoms (PPPD, MdDS, vestibular migraine) or you may have had abnormal test results that don't explain why your symptoms are chronic (vestibular neuritis, unilateral weakness and others).
