Описание: This time I glass the outside of the mast using epoxy and glass fiber cloth, 165 g/m2. Preparations are important in order to get a good result thus I sand the mast first using 120 grit paper. I cut pieces large enough to cover one turn around the mast in order to reduce waste. The epoxy I use is "NM Laminering 275", an epoxy produced for hand lamination. Several layers are put on before fully cured in order to make up a smooth surface. After layer 3 and sanding with a 120 grit paper is done to get a smooth surface ready for varnishing.
