We are going to go over the many layers of anxiety, from the root causes, energy, emotions, as well as the science behind it. This special event is for all ages, not just focused on children. We have three special guests, Dr. Alex Bloom, Laura Van Tyne, and Annie Donaldson, joining us for this broadcast to share their expertise, strategies, and tools for navigating this epidemic, which affects both children and adults. Alex Bloom, Psy.D. is a clinical psychologist, teacher, and consciousness guide who bridges modern psychology with spirituality and higher-dimensional awareness. With nearly 20 years of experience, Dr. Bloom specializes in helping people understand anxiety not as something “broken,” but as a signal inviting deeper awareness, alignment, and inner mastery.

He is the creator of 5DYOU, a transformational framework and online course designed to help individuals move beyond fear-based, survival-driven patterns (often referred to as “3D consciousness”) and learn how to live from clarity, presence, and higher vibrational states (“5D consciousness”). His work in psychology, emotional awareness, somatics, and spiritual insight to help people regulate their nervous system while awakening to their true self.  Dr. Bloom's approach is especially resonant for those who feel spiritually curious yet stuck in anxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm. He teaches that anxiety can become a doorway to awakening when met with awareness rather than resistance.

8-8:30 pm EST- Annie Donaldson

Annie Donaldson is a teen coach, former educator, and intuitive artist who has spent over a decade supporting preteens and teens in their emotional and personal growth. She works privately with families and partners with schools to help young people build confidence, manage stress, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Annie’s approach blends social-emotional learning, mindfulness, and intuitive practices, allowing teens to access their inner wisdom rather than looking toward external sources for validation and decision-making. She is the founder of the Empowered Teen Program. She is passionate about supporting young people in navigating adolescence with clarity, self-trust, and a strong sense of who they are. She will share her techniques to help pre-teens and teens manage their anxiety through a variety of tools and outlets.
