A bit of White Manna history. Louis Bridges owned five "White Manna" diners in New Jersey. He purchased the 1939 World's Fair famed "Dining of the Future" exhibit and brought it to Jersey City in 1944 and had it reassembled. The diner opened on June 2, 1946, offering ten-cent hamburgers
