The Police Service of Northern Ireland is working with partners, The Rowan Sexual Assault Referral Centre to highlight the support available to those who are victims of sexual assault and violence in Northern Ireland.
They have a professional and highly trained team who deliver a range of support and services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to children, young people, women and men who have been sexually abused, assaulted or raped, whether this happened in the past or more recently.
Here is a short video with nurse Mary McGarry explaining the amazing work that they do.
It’s not ok to suffer in silence, it’s not ok to feel isolated and it’s not ok for anyone to be the victim of abuse.

You can also access Rowan services where staff can give specific advice through the 24 hour advice and information line 0800 389 4424.
