Chinese Crispy Seaweeds Takeaway Style!!
So good to learn this recipe as the Chinese takeaways are so expensive and I always add this to my order.
Ingredients:
-500g whole cabbage (FRESH GREEN Cabbage) GOT THIS FROM TESCO / or the outer green leaves of Savoy Cabbage or Kale if you can’t find one.
Please Note: less the stalks and the bottom part for theses recipe I only used roughly 200g of it.
-Oil for deep frying
Please note: only fill your pan a quarter of Oil as excess high heated oil can over flow if it’s too much, allow a good space for the oil to bubble up without spilling it.
-Sugar for the sweet taste /garnish
