This is a video of me demonstrating Quan Chi's Puggles Wrath Brutality
Requirements are as follows
1. must be in Quan Chi's Summoner Variation
2. opponent must have over 10% health during the final hit.
3. you must be jump distance away from the opponent
4. final hit must come from the Demon Grab after the Demon Bat has been summoned
5. you must press front kick 4 times during the final hit.
it's tricky but it's cool if you can nail it correctly
