Welcome back folks!
This video introduces you to Xanthias the comic slave and Dionysus the god in disguise as we being our series on Greek Comedy with Aristophanes' Frogs. We take a look at how Greek comedy would have been performed by comparing Aristophanes to vase paintings, "Only Fools and Horses" and the stage comedy "Bottom Live." This is the first part of the prologue to Frogs.
