What is the Endotoxin Test in 90 Seconds or Less

Описание: An endotoxin test looks for the left over bits of dead microorganism. One would typically test injectable sterile products for endotoxins. Endotoxins are known as pyrogens and are substances that is injected into a person, could cause fever and in a bad case, death. There are a few different endotoxin tests. One test, the LAL (Litmus ameabocye lystate) test uses the blue blood of horseshoe crabs and its clotting reaction. Others tests are chromogenic (that is colour change) and turbidimetric (how cloudy the test same gets).
