How To Make Savoury Profiteroles

Hello! It's been another forever since I last made a video, and this time I'm in a new place so the set up is still being worked on. After so many sweet recipes, I thought I should make something savoury. These are basically savoury puffs (instead of cream puffs) and you can add whatever herbs you want and fill them with whatever you want.
Also, I ran out of butter, which is the usual fat used in choux pastry, so I substituted with cream cheese and it seemed to have worked alright!
The recipe:
90 g water
60 g cream cheese (plain)
65 g bread flour
2-3 large eggs
2 tbsp mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)
~2 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or other herb)
Prep: Measure out ingredients, line the baking tray, and preheat the oven before you start for smoother work flow. You can also preheat the oven sometime in between to save electricity – just before piping tends to work well.
1. Put cream cheese and water into small saucepan and bring to a rolling boil. Stir as the mixture is heating to make sure nothing sticks to the bottom.
2. Once the mixture comes to a boil, take the saucepan off the heat and add flour in one go.
3. Stir until flour has completely mixed into the dough.
4. Return saucepan to the stove on low heat, and stir the dough until there is a sheen of dough on the bottom of the saucepan. This takes about 2 minutes.
5. Take off the heat, and allow to cool for a few minutes.
6. Beat eggs and add half, a little at a time, to the dough, stirring after each addition.
7. Once half of the eggs have been added, add the mayonnaise and stir.
8. Continue to add and stir in eggs until the batter is fluid enough to fall off a spoon or spatula in a glop when lifted up (best to watch video)
9. Add the dill and stir.
10. Place batter in a piping bag with a 0.5" (~1.25 cm) piping tip and pipe small rounds on a lined baking tray, leaving at least 1" (2.5 cm) between each round.
11. Spray the piped pastry on the baking tray from all directions and bake at 375 F (190 C) for 20 minutes, then lower to 325 F (160 C) for another 10-20 minutes.
12. Cool and fill with filling of your choice.
