Ingredients.
Wheat Flour (Atta) – 2 cups
Sugar – 1 cup
Ghee / Oil – 4 tbsp
Milk / Water – as required
Cardamom Powder (Elaichi) – ½ tsp
3/4 cup suji
1/4 cup til
1/3 cup dedicated coconut
Oil – for frying
