A fully automated punching and press braking solution for Road Guards installed in Europe. In the process a sheet is cut-to-size from the coil, punched complete, and bent with the integrated press brake. A set of profiles can be punched as a kit and bent with one stroke. The set is split into singles before transporting out of the safety area.
The solution is unique in several features:
15 ton coils and a feeding straightener
Handling and shearing sheets up to 4000 mm long and 5 mm thick
Long scrap after shearing is chopped to facilitate logistics
Automatic press brake operation with a tailor-made Pivatic feeding system
