We cycled across France from the English Channel to the Mediterranean. A cycling coast to coast across Normandy, Provence and other wonderful French regions. With vineyards, Chateaux’s and even a climb up Mont Ventoux this was a cycling challenge to beat all our others.
This was an 8 day 720 mile + journey that would take us from our home in Marshfield (South Gloucestershire) to Marseille on the French Mediterranean. A Channel to Med experience that we had always talked about but never done. Until now.
There were 10 riders and 2 support crew with 6 of the riders joining us at Portsmouth to undertake the full ride across France. What followed was a mixture of fun, pain, sun and rain and it all seemed to happen in the blink of an eye.
