Описание: Welcome back to Al's Smoke House. Today we are smoking some beef back ribs. These are a very inexpensive cut of meat that comes from the part of the cow where they separate the ribeye from the ribs. What is left is beef back ribs. They are usually thin and look like they have more bone than meat but tucked in between those bones are some very good meat.
