Part 1 Peter Cheng discusses the Quaker Business Method (QBM) as a tool kit for decision making meetings.
The Quaker Business Method is a way of organising and conducting business meetings used extensively in the Religious Society of Friends to run meetings, large and small. The method has been in use for over 350 years and helps reach decisions that everyone can agree to and not leave individuals feeling alienated.
