He soon followed ‘Jealous’ with ‘What if I Say’ and ‘King.’

Fireboy brings his dynamic flow on LTG, which in all honesty is a pop album infused with elements of Soul, RnB, EDM, and Afrobeats, the Young crooner is all about the beauty and pain of love, a good party and just finessing on Pheelz-crafted beats, after all, in his own words “I just want to sing.”

Fireboy DML is a lover boy who isn’t afraid to lay bare his feelings, yet, there’s a youthful exuberance in the manner he lays those melodies, he’s not overbearing, or overly insistent, instead, he lures you in with his soulful vocals. ‘Need You’ has him declaring his ache on a simple guitar loop, it’s important to note that it’s practically a cover of Ed Sheeran’s ‘Tenerife Sea,’ ‘Energy’, ‘Feel’, ‘Like I do’, ‘What If I say’, all push the pain, desire and invariably, the tears.
