Dough Ingredients:
Plain Flour 1
Maida 1/2 Cup
Ghee 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
Water as you required
Egg Batter Ingredients:
Egg 1
Onion 2 Tbs (Chopped)
Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Ghee as you required
Direction:
-Take a bowl and add Plain Flour, Salt and mix add Ghee and mix it well and knead it with water. After that cover it and rest it for 15 minutes.
-In a bowl crack 1 egg and add Onion, Green Chilli, Green Coriander, Salt, Red Chilli Powder (as you required) beat it with fork.
Note: 1 egg is for 1 paratha
-Take a small dough and coat in dry flour,roll out dough into round shape with the help of rolling pin.
-Spread oil and dry flour evenly,fold from both opposite sides,apply oil and again fold both opposite sides,it will be Triangle.
-Dust in dry flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.
-On griddle,keep flame medium low place dough let it cook for 1 min both sides, open the side of the paratha and add egg mixture and apply ghee/oil and fold the paratha from both sides. Press the corners with fork, it should be sealed completely.
-Fry paratha from both sides with ghee/oil.
Serve hot with pickles.
