Cucumber sandwiches 🥪 😋

Ingredients:
1 English cucumber, peeled(any cucumber works)
1 block of softened cream cheese
1/4 cup of mayo, 1 tsp of dill, 1 tsp of chives, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder, 1/4 tsp of coarse salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper
3 TBSP of lemon juice(lime juice works)
Begin by peeling the cucumber, cutting them into rounds. Once they are all cut , set them to the side on paper towels to absorb the moisture. Add some coarse salt on top also(optional). Next, grab your bowl and add your softened cream cheese, mayo, dill, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, coarse salt and pepper. Blend well(I used the electric mixer). Once combined well, set aside. Grab your bread. I started with 8 slices of bread, then used 8 more. Cut the crust off all 16 pieces.
Next, add the filling onto each piece of bread. Lay the first 8 on a tray, these are your bottom pieces. Continue to do the other 8 pieces. Once all the filling is gone and on your bread, add the cucumbers. I put 4 pieces on each piece of bread. Now cover with the tops. Cut each one in half, it makes 16 little sandwiches. Sooo good!
