✅ Solutions for March 2026 Updates:
Mobile Number Not Found: If you registered in 2022/23 but changed your SIM, the Ministry is currently clearing old data. Use the "Vehicle Registration" button for a fresh start.

Vehicle Already Registered: For vehicles transferred after August 2023, the Ministry is removing old records province-by-province. If you can't register, wait for the Western Province data-clearing to finish.

NIC/Passport Errors: You are limited to one vehicle per NIC. If you bought a new car, you must delete your old vehicle's QR code before registering the new one.

Verification Failed: This occurs during heavy traffic. Try registering early in the morning (4 AM - 7 AM) for the best connection to the DMT servers.

Used Vehicles: If the previous owner is reachable, ask them to "Delete Vehicle" from their account so you can register it instantly.
