Turncoat Wagner mercenaries joined Ukraine to attack Russia in Avdiivka. The night assault was orchestrated by the Russian Volunteer Corps, a unit of Russians fighting against their homeland, which includes ex-Wagner troops and former soldiers from Russia’s Storm Z prisoner battalions.
Video shows how the guns-for-hire rode into battle in US-made Bradley fighting vehicles, before storming Russian trenches with guns and grenades. They not only took the trenches, but repelled four counter-attacks and captured a Russian sergeant who was added to the prisoner exchange fund. Ukrainian sources said Wagner fighters ‘proved themselves to be excellent,’ fighting side-by-side with the Ukrainians and ’showing commanding qualities’.
