POE2 Double Boss Double Corrupted T15 farm with COF shock wave Flicker

That amazing the COF ( cast on freeze )nerf is actually a buff for this build

I was using COF 2 days already, the problem is I will teleport every white mob, that is kind of problem, after they nerf the white / blue energy , I can control more with this skill feels good lol
(still will 90% trigger all skill when you frozen a rare monster & 100% with unique)

● Why using cast on frozen?
This build deal a lot of cold damage with Call of the Brotherhood , with good weapon or some frozen buildup, we can ez freeze all the monster in this game.
In this case, cast on freeze - ball lighting - lighting warp - flame wall - frost bomb will be a GIGA combo for this build.

Ball lighting + lighting warp mean : when you use any attack frozen enemy, will fire a ball lighting , after that , lighting warp will instant teleport that ball and trigger AOE shock 10 sec no matter how much hp they have (free 20% more and get Echoing thunder buff)

Flame wall will 100% ingites enemy , that mean I can get passive Echoing Flames buff

Frost bomb , ez 30% cold exposure with passive Exposed to the cosmos

and don't forget that's 3 type of elemental skill , that mean I will get full dmg 12%*3= 36% more from Rising tempest support gem
(all gem on this link u can use the 11/9/2/2 lv , to minimum your mana cost since we don't need any dmg from here)

(no need some 80%-99% converted brotherhood after use this link, I know some ppl thinking that 20% lighting dmg will help you shock enemy, trust me that will not work at T11+ map , too hard to shock enemy with small lighting dmg)

● Why using elemental staff not phy dmg ?
This game %inc is so rare, also all skill only 60-80% convert to lighting , if you using phy staff, you will lost dmg from the total count.

with 78 lv+ expert crackling quarterstaff, you can just thorw Essence of electricity to try get big lighting dmg, and try regal the AED ( attack elemental damage) & attack speed mod

believe me my weird staff is actually give more damage then some XXX-550 phy staff.

(when you craft this staff remember don't use 1-20 add lighting dmg rune , use Soul Core of Citaqualotl, 60% AED is way more better)

● spirit +20 is must need in this build , more is better can let you link some sup like precision / clarity / herbalism .... you can try to get spirit on alulet / body / or some unique like vendo ring.

●80% evade is must need I think, really helpful in this build, chest can try to get armor+evade basic to get like 25% phy reduce, also anoint beastial skil (it's cheap ) can double your armor evade, that's a lot

●Very recommend use [Utility Belt] and pick all life flask recovery passive like I did, and use herbalism support, flask try to get as mush amount recovered , after all set up , you can see how much hp I heal per click , it's like 2/3 of my maximum hp, OP as fk life keeper. (if you get life flask recovery on it, will be perfect)

● normally you will not have mana problem with my set & passive, if still have, recommend just use more less lv gem and pick more mana pssive .

●After I farm a lot of map, I'll said the +1 power charge boots not really need, more we need in this game is MOVEMENT SPEED & item rarity, so you can use the boots with this 2 mod & some hp + res no problem.
(8 power + 5 frenzy pretty enough since the powercharge actually only give flicker attack +2 and 1-19 lighting add dmg..... not very op)

● DO NOT DO ANY MELEE UNTIL YOU FROZEN RARE MONSTER
very important. this is not POE1 can flick & die, this build not a actually good def set up yet, you will get 1 shot very often if you not pay attention.

with charged staff - deep freeze link, every hit inside 5m will be 50% more duration of frozen.

after rare monster forzen you can start with hand of chayula and use those combo.

tempest flurry - tempest bell - tempest flurry ( this combo normally can one shot 90% of rare monster)

tempest flurry - tempest bell - dodge back - shock wave ( if that mob make so much explode ground)

tempest flurry - tempest bell - flicker strike ( if there is no much other mob around , cause flicker in poe2 is more like vaal flicker strike, it will flick all around can't control)

or just shock wave until it die if you feel danger & some time op mod with multi rare

I think this game just can't (at least not now ) let me use 50%+ of time to flicker, it's pretty hard, but at least flicker still do something and did well :)

also , I'm lv 88 and farm T15
not a bait build 100% xdd just need some skill & practise when you start this build, 100% you will die a lot but trust me. this is fun
