RTÉ will deliver a surplus this year and next as the organisation is now on a firm financial footing.
Director General Kevin Bakhurst has told the Oireachtas Committee on Arts, Media and Communications that at least 95 people will voluntarily leave the organisation this year.
The committee also heard that more programmes will be outsourced including the weekly Lotto draw.
