Описание: Given an eq'n that has a cusp at x=1. Take the derivative to find the slope of the curve to the right of one. The slope is up and to the right.To the left of one, I selected zero. we see the slope is up and to the left. Use the second derivative to check for concavity. We see that they are both negative and the curve is concave down to the left and right of x=1.
