In the movie, the house address is 1327 and it's the place where much of the action movie's romance and bromance took place. Filming took place inside and outside the house and the surrounding Echo Park hills were perfect for many of the chase scenes. Fans make pilgrimages to this location on a regular basis, perhaps even more so after Paul Walker's untimely death. Apparently, Vin Diesel's character was a neighbor to the witches of "Charmed" which is filmed one street away.
