The One about The Bombay Crush

My recipe is easy:

Bombay Crush by @Fehmz

Soak 1 tsp tukmuria seeds and 1/2 cup water
Make a small recipe of plain jelly, grate and keep ready.

3 cups vanilla ice cream
1.5 cups milk
0.5 cups ice - optional
1 tblsp rose syrup
1 tblsp rose water (loved the Allifas spices one!)
Extra Slosh of rose syrup for colour
2 tblsp sugar
1 tblsp almond powder
1 tsp elachi powder
1 pinch nutmeg

Blend well.

In your jug or glass:
Add a little jelly and tukmuria.
Swirl some rose syrup around your glass/jug
Top with your shake.
Add more tukmuria and lotsa jelly.
Sprinkle with a little elachi powder.
Drizzle with more rose syrup

Garnish with figs, pomegranates, fresh cream, anything.

Jelly for Bombay Crush
1 cup water
1 tblsp ghas powder
0.5 cup milk

Bring to a boil, strain into a bowl, refrigerate to set, grate and use. (Yes there is zero sugar in the jelly 🤣🤣)
