The dreamland is a space inside the Cyber Space that only occurs to those who are dreaming. Most don't realize they're dreaming until after they wake up. The dreams appear to be real but only exist if the user lucid dreams and can no-clip through their original dream. The official website says "There exists a part of Cyber Space that is described as half Hell, half Heaven. The place is completely silent apart from slight movements and unknown noises/ambience. The place gives off a very liminal noise and descriptor. The ambience is said to have driven listeners insane. Error created this as a place he classifies as the Dreamland. This place only occurs to him usually during dreams after having panic attacks just before sleeping."
Error created the Dreamland back when he entered Cyber Space as a secondary escape from reality to ignore the thought of his parents.
