Lauren and Josh live in a 2018 Ford Transit van named Stella. After being diagnosed with Chron's disease, Lauren took Covid as the opportunity to build out her dream van and hit the road. With a genuine tile backsplash, a boat hatch for skylight, and a fantastic shoe selection, this rig is a luxury for life on the road.

The garage is highly organized and includes picnic-styled seating that pulls straight out! It has thirty-three gallons of fresh water, a four-gallon hot water heater, and a fifteen-gallon grey water tank. There’s a portable propane stove for cooking, and a microwave they say is clutch!
