However, information about the restrictions on entry and the rules for entry into Israel for holders of an A5 visa was not published until June 3, 2021.
In Israel, there are many #minor_children who live on the basis of visa #visa_A5 א#5 with their #parents, who are #citizens_of_Israel. That is, these #children do not have Israeli citizenship, but live in Israel with their parents legally. These children can be naturalized by the State of Israel after three years of permanent residence in Israel.
Unfortunately, it is these children who are the first to be affected by travel restrictions in Israel. In fact, Israel's restrictions on entry-exit suggest that children can be separated from their parents, which fundamentally contradicts the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Obviously, there are big legal and logical contradictions in this situation.
Firstly, the special permit to return to Israel for a child of Israeli citizens contradicts the international convention on the rights of the child.
Secondly, enacting the new rules before they are officially published is contrary to both common sense and any law enforcement practice.
Thirdly, the procedure for obtaining a return permit from the migration office is almost identical to the Declaration of Entry into Israel that #ElAl clients have.
In fact, permission to return from the migration service has nothing to do with reducing the risk of infection spreading from Russia to Israel.
