Cooking time about 10minute
(+cooling time 30mins) 【Serves 3~4】

□1 Cauliflower
□Green onions (as much as you like)
□1tbsp (18 g) Salt
□1tbsp (15 g) Vinegar
□2tbsp (36 g) Mentsuyu
□1tbsp (15 g) Water
□10g Grated ginger
□White ground sesame seeds (for topping)
