Описание: Pulicat Lake, at a distance of approx 65 km away from Chennai, located at the border of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, is a great option for visitors to experiencing supreme natural beauty. Pulicat Lake lays down a great scope for peaceful sightseeing along with camping for both nature lovers and adventure seekers.

It was a wonderful experience, thanks to Sikkendhiran anna, for helping us understand how the place iis, what to expect and guide us to reach the place. He took us in his boat and took good care of us. The place in the beach ⛱️ where we were taken was very private and beautiful.

You can plan to spend a quality time with family. Sikkendhiran Anna can arrange for food and water if you want to spend a good amount of time. The boat ride to the beach is a wonderful experience.

For reaching the place, we took the road via Ponneri which was in reasonably good shape with lush greenery on either sides of the road.

It was an amazing experience to explore the nature, especially the sound of the water and birds in the mist of calmness!

Things to note before you venture out to Puicat
1. There are no toilet set up - you will have to do the job in open air
2. Basic tent set up
3. Food & Water - You can cook if you have a potable gas. Water will be provided by Sikkendhiran Anna(however pls check with him) food can be arranged by anna but pls ask a day prior and inform about food. He will arrange fresh Seafood.
4. You can take mosquito repellent. however there we find any mosquitoes.
5. Nights are pretty cold so carry a shawl to cover
6. Anna provided a thin bedsheet to be spread inside the tent, however we carried a queen bedsheet to spread on top of it
7. Advice not to do girls solo trip
8. Please do not litter the place.
9.Carry a torch
10. Anna has portable speaker, however if you want you can carry
11. Signal and range is very less...so usage of mobiles will be restricted due to signal issues
