She’s an Australian author.
This book is quite thick.

It’s dedicated for the rolls,
Tracey collected many authentic recipes,

One of the first things I do when I go to a village in Vietnam is to try spring rolls. There're varied dish, the culture, the tradition and the climate. One of my favourites is the seafood spring roll from Hanoi. It's very popular in the winter months. It is quite hearty spring roll. It is seafood, bound in mayonnaise, has some onions through it. It wrapped in rice paper, then comes to fry. And On the side of that, you have some mayonnaise and some chilli. absolutely delicious, perfect for all Hanoi nights.
