In this episode I try to explain what a 1-ton steering is, what the benefits are and what to think of when doing this on your Jeep.
How to ream the knuckles for a over the knuckle setup (OTK) and show you step-by-step how to make a one piece tie rod with 1-ton ends on a Dana 30 front axle.
This steering setup will apply on Jeep Wrangler TJ, YJ, Cherokee XJ and Grand Cherokee ZJ.
