📝 INGREDIENTS:
Amla (Indian Gooseberry) – 250 g
Oil – 2 tbsp
Saunf – 1 tsp
Kalonji (optional) – ½ tsp
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Jaggery – ½ cup (adjust to taste)
Salt – to taste
Water – ½ cup
Secret masala
👩🍳 RECIPE STEPS :
Step 1: Prepare Amla
Wash and steam/boil amla for 5–6 minutes until soft.
Remove seeds and separate the segments.
Step 2: Make the Masala
Heat oil in a pan.
Add saunf, kalonji, and let them crackle.
Step 3: Cook the Amla
Add the boiled amla pieces and mix well.
Cook for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4: Add Sweetness
Add jaggery and turmeric, salt & black salt .
Cook until jaggery melts and the mixture becomes thick & glossy.
Step 5: Ready to Serve
Your khatti-meethi Amla Launji is ready!
