She currently serves as the Medical Director for the Base Station at Torrance Memorial, overseeing paramedic consultation, field-to-hospital communication, and quality improvement in pre-hospital care.

She has served as the Medical Director of the Compton Fire Department from 2019 - 2022, guiding paramedic training, medical protocols, and EMS performance.
