I love chia pudding; It is easy to prepare, keeps you full for a long time, and very enjoyable to eat. Over the years, I have shared many different chia pudding recipes from both here and Youtube; This time I made it with this season’s star; persimmon❤️

Aids digestion
Good for heart
Ingredients:
1 persimmon (if the skin is soft, you can wash & keep on)
1 teaspoon Raw Cocoa
1/4 cup Vegan Milk
2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
Granola
Blueberries
Pomegranate
Steps:
Blend persimmon, milk and cocoa in a blender.
Add chia seeds and let sit for 15 minutes.
Garnish with granola and berries.
