buta kimchi is stir fried pork with kimchi. this is a popular dish served in japanese izakayas as an appetizer paired with alcohol..and also cooked at homes as this can also be
served as viand topped on steamed rice in a bowl or "buta kimchi donburi."
ingridients:
1kl thinly sliced pork
400g kimchi
1 medium size onion (approx.300g)
30g garlic chives/chinese chives(kuchay)
2tbsp cooking oil
2tbsp water
1tbsp fish sauce (or dashi)
3tbsp sesame seeds
sauce:
3tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
2tbsp sugar
2tbsp sesame oil
1/2tbsp grated garlic
serves 4-5
