I Took on the SAS Fan Dance – Did I Beat the Cut-Off?
The Fan Dance is no ordinary ruck —it's the iconic SAS selection test that has broken even the toughest men at the very start of Special Forces Selection. A 24km speed march over Pen y Fan in the Brecon Beacons, with a 35lb pack plus provisions and a brutal 4-hour 10-minute cut-off. I wanted to test myself against the same route trodden by Britain’s elite special forces.
