Описание: Amid the deadlock between farmers’ union and the government following a series of discussions on the demands of the protesting farmers, General Secretary of Punjab Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee Sarwan Singh Pandher on March 05 called for a nationwide ‘Rail Roko’ protest on March 10. Speaking ANI, he appealed to the citizens of Punjab and all over India to stop trains only in stations and railway crossings in the presence of railway staff in the context of the ‘Rail roko’ protest. Taking a dig at BJP, he further said, “The BJP’s hands are stained with the blood of farmers. So, Sunil Jakhar is trying to wash his face now. The stigma already imprinted on his forehead will not get washed easily. The Modi government doesn’t care about the farmers. They are not interested in even giving answers about whether they will grant MSP Legal Guarantee law or not. They are busy in their work. The protest is going strong and we are getting support from international organizations.”
