Gauteng is home to Africa's fourth largest economy and hosts some of the biggest companies operating on the continent. Gauteng Premier Nomvula Mokonyane has called for a rethink on the future of provinces in SA saying that global trends point to the need to develop city regions in highly urban environments as a better vehicle for economic growth. Mokonyane spoke to ABN's Karima Brown on Political Exchange where she unpacked her government's 2055 plan, which is a vision for ramping up economic development and growth in Africa's fourth largest economy.
