At age 33, Esther regained 100% clear vision in only two weeks after sixteen years of blurry vision from mild myopia. This unexpected result led her to become a teacher of the Bates Method. Intrigued by Dr. Bates’ successes, she continued to study everything he published, and adopted his effective techniques for better results with her students. Esther is the author of several vision books (Optimal Eyesight, Read Without Glasses at Any Age, Bates Method Nuggets, as well as many e-books). She loves to pass on her knowledge and enjoys helping others achieve clear vision with ease.
