Aubergine (eggplant) - 1no larger
Cooking oil - 2tablespoon
Salt to taste
Miso paste -1tablespoon
Sugar - 1tablespoon
Mirin - 1/2 tablespoons
Vinegar-1tablespoon
Soya sauce - 1tablespoon
Cook the aubergine on the hot pan until its 50%done and the finish in the over for 45min 180*C to 190*C
