This gentle yoga class is designed to help you step out of the busy, thinking mind and reconnect with your body. Through slow, mindful movement and steady pacing, we focus on building awareness, presence, and a deeper sense of calm.
The practice encourages you to feel into your body rather than analyze or force anything. You may notice subtle shifts in sensation, energy, and attention as the nervous system begins to settle.
This class is suitable for all levels and is especially supportive if you’re feeling mentally busy, disconnected, or in need of a quieter, more grounded experience.
Practice at your own pace, listen to your body, and rest whenever needed.
