Operated since 2017, the largest shopping mall operated in Johor, Famous for Exotic and Fashionable shops. Operated by WCT Hartanah Jaya Sdn. Bhd.

The place is a 30 minute drive from Woodlands checkpoint and Tuas checkpoint. You can also hire their private chaffeur service from SG to the mall and back, at RM 90/Trip.

Paradigm Mall was previously known as Kemayan City and was meant to be the largest integrated shopping center in Johor Bahru, Based on Plans laid out in 1993.

But the development was abandoned in 1997. Probably due to the financial crisis, and has only recently developed.

Paradigm Mall was abandoned for almost 20 years.

Things to do in Paradigm Mall:

1. Check out Camp5 Climbing Gym at Level 7:
Price:
First Timers - RM 55/pax for 1 hour guided session.
For Experienced - RM 31/pax for 1 day pass
This includes gears such as shoes and harnesses.
You can also freshen up and take hot showers there.

Mon-Fri: 12pm-10pm | Sat-Sun & PH: 10am-8pm.


2. Blue Ice Skating Rink at level 3.

Price:
For single entry passes: RM 30 on Mon-Thu and RM 35 on Fri-Sun and PH.

Opening hours:
10am-12pm|12:30pm-2:30pm|3pm-5pm|5:30pm-7:30pm and 8pm-10pm Daily.


3. Bring the kids to Utopia Jungle World Children's theme park.

Price:
*Jungle World admission: RM 35/Entry.
*Bumper Car admission: RM 14/Round.

10am-10pm Daily.


4. Catch Movies at Golden Screen Cinemas at Level 7.

The place boasts 16 movie halls, making it one of the largest Cinemas in JB.

Price: RM 12.


5. Play Old school arcade games at Fun Scape.

Opening hours: 10am-10:15pm Daily.


6. Score Uniglo goods at lower price.

Opening hours: 10am-10pm Daily.


7. Shop Xiaomi products in RM at Mi Home at level 3.

Opening hours: 10am-10pm Daily.


8. Splurge on affordable clothes at Brands Outlet at level 1.

Opening hours: 10am-8pm Daily.


9. Shop affordable and chio Home decor items at Kaison. Located at level 4.

Opening hours: 10am-10pm Daily.


10. Dive into fresh bakes at Lavender Bakery located at level 4.

You can get their bun sets at RM 21.50 that comes with an assortment of bread and pastries, including Chicken sausage bun, Egg tarts and Otak Cheese.

11. Get coney dogs & waffles at A&W at level 3.

Opening hours: 10am-8pm Daily.


12. Taste authentic Penang food like Asam laksa & Chendol at level 4. (Penang Chendul).
