The story about this song is that we wanted to write a song inspired by "Bathtub Gin" during the Prohibition.
"Bathtub gin" refers to homemade or illegally produced gin during the Prohibition era in the United States, which lasted from 1920 to 1933. During this period, the production, distribution, and sale of alcoholic beverages were banned, leading to the rise of clandestine activities related to the creation and consumption of alcohol.

The term "bathtub gin" originated from the practice of amateur distillers producing gin in small quantities, often in their bathtubs, to evade law enforcement. These homemade gins were typically of low quality and sometimes even dangerous, as the distillation process was often crude and unregulated.

To make bathtub gin, individuals would mix cheap, readily available spirits with water and flavorings, such as juniper berries and other botanicals, to mimic the taste of traditional gin. The resulting concoction varied widely in terms of quality and safety.
