I originally made this video for my grandma 💛—but I know so many people are in this stage of healing where you want to move your body safely without slowing your recovery.
These simple, physical therapy–inspired exercises can be done entirely in bed and are designed to:
• support circulation
• maintain mobility
• gently rebuild strength
• help you feel a little more like yourself again
