Isreal Putnam's victory in the south had stopped the British threat to Philadelphia. Yet the British refused peace and to make matters worse, two Iroquois armies marched into the nearby town of Harrisburg, ready to strike. President Gareth Fredericks and his generals had to rely on a gambit. Either Anthony Wayne's Army of the Frontier launched a renewed assault on British Montreal, or await a British offensive. With most of the United States industry crippled by the war and the treasury barely hanging on by a thread, only the coming weeks would tell.

Luck was on the United States' side, as a full-strength British Colonial Army marched into Niagara territory, the prime target to destroy and finally gain enough leverage to end the nine-year war. Anthony Wayne's Army of the Frontier launched its assault post-haste, and what followed was a piece-by-piece deconstruction of the British force. The veteran line infantry of the United States resisted the British advances and deftly broke the enemy. Unlike the Battle of Ottawa years ago, the United States' battle line did not break and instead continuously advanced, not allowing for the enemy to regroup. By the end of the day, the invading force had been shattered and finally, the British Empire had to give up its designs on retaking the 13 Colonies.

On July 17th, 1792, the War of 1783 came to an end, and the almost twenty-year-long American Revolutionary period was coming to a close. Having no rest in between the First and Second British invasions, the goal now was to rebuild the American economy, one piece at a time. Still, the threat of the Iroquois raiders loomed on the horizon, and greater peace would continue to elude the young nation...
